• Payment confirmation: Registrations are only confirmed upon completion of online registration and receipt of payment processed by the Organising Committee. Please obtain confirmation before making travel arrangements.

You will receive a confirmation email upon successful payment processing.

1. Students registration:
   • Registration Email: Must register with an education institution email address.
   • Proof of Status: May be required to show proof of academic status prior to collecting their badge on-site.
2. Visa Requirements: For registrants who require a Visa, please refer to the Congress Information page.
3. Accommodation: Accommodation costs are NOT included in the congress registration fee. Delegates are responsible for making their own lodging arrangements.
4. Photos & Video: Photographs and video footage will be captured by our official photographer throughout the Congress and may be utilized for marketing and editorial purposes. By participating in the congress, delegates consent to the capture and potential use of their likeness.

Please note that our Congress operates under a NON-REFUNDABLE policy. Once registered, payments are non-refundable. However, registrations are transferable.

If you are unable to attend, you have the option to transfer your registration to another delegate. The substituted delegate must be from the same organisation as the cancelled delegate, and there can only be up to one (1) substitution per delegate. Simply write in to our Registration Team at registration@paqs2024.com (Copy to paqs2024@gmail.com) to facilitate the transfer.

We aim to deliver the conference program as announced on our website. However, the PAQS Congress 2024 reserves the right to modify or cancel any arrangements, programs, or related items without prior notice, due to circumstances beyond our control. The Organising Committee and Congress Organisers are not liable for any resulting losses or inconvenience. Delegates are advised to obtain travel insurance covering personal belongings, as the conference does not compensate for cancellations, theft, or damage to personal items.
